Once a booking is placed, we email a confirmation with your order number to the address you used at checkout. Select "Manage My Trip" above, enter that order number and email, and your itinerary will load. If the email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first — if it's still missing, our support team can look it up for you.
You'll receive a "Ticketed" confirmation with your ticket number, usually within a few hours of booking. If it hasn't arrived within 72 hours, check your spam folder first, then reach out to our support team and we'll confirm the status right away.
Most fares can be changed for a fee set by the airline, and some fully flexible fares allow free changes. Open "Manage My Trip" and select your booking to see the exact change options and any applicable fee before you confirm.
